OAK HARBOR, Wash. — A man suspected of killing five people at Burlington’s Cascade Mall Friday night has been arrested in Oak Harbor after a 20-hour manhunt.
The Washington State Patrol identified the suspect as 20-year-old Arcan Cetin. Cetin is originally from Adana, Turkey, according to his Facebook page. He is a 2015 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.
