Pelham police pursuit ends in crash dash cam video. Man was arrested Wednesday morning following a police chase that ended in a crash on Mammoth Road and Castle Hill.
In a press release, police said a white sedan driven by Justin Soeum, 22, was speeding down Route 38, partially in the breakdown lane, about 3:39 a.m. Officer Adam Thistle was monitoring traffic and followed the sedan, which began to swerve in the travel lane, police said.
Police said the sedan crashed at Mammoth Road and Castle Hill and ended up on its roof. Soeum suffered minor injuries and was taken to Parkland Hospital in Derry by Pelham fire personnel. Soeum was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, disobeying a police officer and reckless operation
