Brazil – The victim, wearing a black shirt, is talking to the man with the umbrella. The criminal, who’s well dressed (I don’t know why they decided to point this out), approaches the victim, as you can see at the top of the video.
The first shot fails.
He fiddles with the gun, and then shoots the man in the neck. While the man with the umbrella runs away, Mozar(?) Alves Teixeira, 44, agonizes to death.
The video also shows the moment where the criminal leaves the scene in a black car.
