Kingman Police released body cam footage taken during a warrant search on Oct. 26 when police say Charlie Gonzalaz, 21, shot at SWAT officers when they entered his residence.

Gonzalaz remains in critical but stable condition at a Las Vegas Hospital, Kingman Police Deputy Chief Rusty Cooper said.

The two officers who shot at Gonzalaz, Sgt. Tyler Tribolet and Officer Mike Fuller, remain on administrative leave as Kingman Police continue their investigation. Both officers have more than 10 years of experience with the Lake Havasu City Police Department.

The footage released Wednesday afternoon shows multiple armed SWAT officers enter the Palo Verde Boulevard residence and proceed down a hallway.

Cooper said Gonzalaz and his girlfriend were in a bedroom when the SWAT team entered the home. Gonzalaz was in the bedroom armed with a handgun he had pointed toward the open door when the SWAT officers approached. The footage does not show Gonzalaz shoot or where he was positioned in the room.
