3 Young Black Males Assault and Rob a Mentally Handicapped Man in Philadelphia

On Friday, December 2, 2016, at 8:30 pm, the victim, a 33 year-old male who has special needs, was walking on the 3300 block of Stokely Street when three (3) unknown juveniles.

. After taking his Metro PCS cell phone valued at $100, the juveniles fled the area and were last seen towards Westmoreland Street. The victim was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries to his face.

Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male, 14-17 years-of-age, thin build, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, and sneakers.

Suspect #2: Black male, 14-17 years-of-age, thin build, wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, and sneakers and white laces.

Suspect #3: Black male, 14-17 years-of-age, thin build, wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt, dark colored pants, and sneakers.
