    “You didn’t have to do that!” Of course not, but because she resisted he had to show his force. If he tried to cuff her, he could have ended up braking her arm as she resisted, especially with how skinny she is.

    Nothing really to rebute, she got up and went willingly after resisting lawful commands.
    Just don’t try this at home, it won’t work out well.
    Hmm, i may not approve of this type on tactic, however, everybody did get to go home that day.
