A Mexican Guy On Drugs Taunts Police During A Long Chase In California

A Mexican dude was running from cops in an Acura for shooting his sister-in-law in the chest a day before this chase took place in Van Nuys, CA.

The sister-in-law is in a critical condition.

A SWAT team is called in 2 hours after the chase began and a K-9 helps take down the suspect after the SWAT team performs a PIT maneuver for the second time.

Swat moved in quickly and took the man into custody after one crazy ride.
